Boxing Day Hot Seat Draws

ACE Casinos will host Boxing Day Hot Seat Draws across all three ACE properties. A total prize pool of $2,500 per property will be awarded through ten (10) hot seat draws. Each selected patron will proceed to Guest Services to choose from wrapped Christmas boxes containing predetermined TITO prize amounts. One of these boxes contains the $1,000 Holiday Mega Box, while the remaining nine boxes contain smaller values totalling the remaining $1,500.

Hot Seat Draws

Prize: 10 hot seat draws (1:30pm | 2:30pm | 3:30pm | 4:30pm | 5:30pm | 6:30pm | 7:30pm | 8:30pm | 9:30pm | 10:30pm)

Prizing

Total Prize Pool Per Property: $2,500

Prizing consists of ten (10) wrapped Christmas boxes, each containing a predetermined TITO prize:

• One (1) Holiday Mega Box containing a $1,000 TITO

• Two (2) boxes containing $300 TITOs ($600 total)

• Three (3) boxes containing $200 TITOs ($600 total)

• Three (3) boxes containing $100 TITOs ($300 total)

Total: 10 boxes totalling $2,500 per property.

Rollovers of Draws

Each draw uses ten (10) randomized seat selections. If no eligible, seated patron is found at any of the selected machines, then the prize box for that draw rolls over to the next draw. For example, if no patron is present for the 1:30pm draw, and the 2:30pm draw finds a winner, that winner selects two boxes.

The final draw must continue to pull randomized seat selections until all remaining boxes have been awarded.

GENERAL

1. This promotion is sponsored by ACE Casinos and is open to any ACE Casinos patron who is 18 years of age or older, except employees of ACE Casinos.

2. The chance of being selected is dependent on the number of person(s) seated throughout the ACE Casinos locations during the promotional period.

3. In the event a selected contestant does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is currently participating in the SE program, or banned from the facility, then ACE Casinos has no obligation to award any prize to that selected contestant.

4. To be declared a winner, each selected contestant must be present and seated in the winning section.

5. Contestants are automatically qualified for hot seat draws by sitting at a slot machine on the floor.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

6. If no eligible patron is found for a draw, the prize box rolls over to the next draw, and the next confirmed winner selects multiple boxes.

7. All prizing is predetermined, sealed, and must be distributed by the final draw.

8. ACE Casinos’ decisions are final, binding, and conclusive.

9. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents will be made except at ACE Casinos’ sole discretion.

10. Participation authorizes ACE Casinos the right to publish the claimant’s first name and/or photograph for marketing purposes.

11. To claim the prize, valid government-issued photo identification is required.

12. ACE Casinos is not responsible for commencing, continuing, or completing the promotion or awarding prizes in the event of circumstances beyond ACE Casinos’ control.

13. All references to times and dates reflect Mountain Standard Time.

14. By participating, contestants agree to comply with all official rules and regulations.

Audit and Compliance

All box values will be predetermined, documented, and sealed prior to the start of the promotion. A master list of box contents will be kept in a sealed envelope and provided to AGLC upon request. Boxes may not be altered or opened except in view of the winning patron and ACE staff.
